Return and Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange unopened items purchased from Natural Healing Center (Health Linx Inc)
within thirty (30) days of purchase – excluding consultations, refrigerated, special orders, cosmetics,
books, or discounted products. (Sales on these products are final)
Return Instructions
Step One: Products must be adequately packaged and returned at the client's expense. We must receive
them unopened and in the same condition you had received. Place the returning items you are returning
in sturdy packaging, make sure to pack the items tightly and securely since you are responsible for any
breakage or damage to the returned items.
Step Two: Indicate whether you would like a replacement, exchange, credit, or a refund.
Step Three: Make a copy of the receipt that was enclosed with your original order, highlight the items
you are returning, and place the copy in the box with the products.
Step Four: Please return the products to the mailing address below:

Step Five: Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered to us. (If you are
returning a product due to a defect or an error made by us, please include a copy of your receipt with
your package, so we can refund your shipping costs.)
Unopened Items – 30 Days
You will receive a %80 refund for unopened items in the original form of payment less any applicable
discounts, shipping and handling fees. %20 restocking fee will be applied to your return purchases. We
won’t accept returns after 30 days. You may also exchange the products or get full credit less the
shipping and handling fees) for your next purchase. Please note that we will not refund your money until
we receive your refunded items.
